Each portrait is hand-drawn, using only archival quality and lightfast materials to ensure the longevity and vibrancy of the piece. I work closely with you to bring your vision to life and create a piece that truly reflects your pet's character and spirit. Custom portraits also make timeless gifts for family and friends, as well as memorials that will last a lifetime.
The portrait will be signed, wrapped individually in a clear, archival sleeve, and carefully packed flat in a rigid mailer. A digital image of the finished portrait is sent for approval before shipping.
ABOUT THE ORDER
- ONE SIZE: (physical drawing) 8x10 graphite/charcoal on heavy (80lb) acid-free paper with the option to purchase the high resolution 300dpi digital file for personal use.
- A headshot or full body drawing are the same price.
- The color of the paper is off-white (warm vintage).
- The drawing will be sketched in a “loose” style of your pet (no background).
- The option to choose one or two subjects is available.
- Expect anywhere from 3-10 business days for completion. A small digital snapshot will be emailed for approval before shipping.
- Complimentary shipping + insurance is included with each order (U.S. only).
- The original drawings are shipped unframed.

After your order is placed please email a high resolution photo of the pet that you would like the portrait to be based on to lindsay@lindsaykivi.com
- The best photos are in outdoor sunlight or indoor natural light with the light source in the front of the subject rather than behind

Return & Exchange PolicyWe gladly accept returns of prints. Contact us within 14 days of delivery, and ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Due to the nature of made-to-order products (Merchandise and Commissioned Portraits), we do not accept exchanges or cancellations. Unless your items arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns for custom or personalized orders. An image of commissioned work will be emailed to the client for approval prior to shipping. If you are unhappy with the final work, we will do everything within reason to make it right.
